Originally planned as a concept album, "ever onward" was recorded throughout 2016 and, as it commonly goes in art, decided it wanted to be something else entirely. Each track is a snapshot of particular moment without regard for what came before or what might be next. It was only when I finished the last track that I realized I had recorded an album at all.
